How do I restore my No Ads subscription?

Open World Arcade, go to Settings › Membership › Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID you subscribed with.

How do I cancel?

Open iOS Settings › your name › Subscriptions › World Arcade, then tap Cancel Subscription. You keep No Ads until the end of the period you paid for.

I was charged but ads are still showing

Tap Restore purchases in Settings › Membership. If that does not help, contact us with your Apple receipt email and we will sort it out. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Will I lose my progress if I change phones?

Turn on iCloud for World Arcade (iOS Settings › your name › iCloud). Your scores, streaks and levels then follow you to your new iPhone automatically.

A video did not play or a reward did not arrive

Rewards are granted after a video is watched to the end. If no video is available, try again in a moment. If a finished video gave nothing, send us the game and what you were doing.

Which languages are supported?

English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Spanish, French, Danish and Swahili. The app follows your phone language; change it in Settings › Language.
